Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping is currently free within the United States.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, but generally take:
   •    Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
   •    Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as postal delays or extreme weather).

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number (if applicable).
The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. International Shipping

At this time, The Price of Gold is only available for shipping within the United States.
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly — we may be able to make special arrangements.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to protect your items during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

   •    We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
