We take great pride in the quality of our books and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of printed books and digital content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We make every effort to ensure your book arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will gladly send a replacement copy at no additional cost if the damage or defect is verified.

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@cvesports.net
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


4. Digital Downloads (if applicable)

If digital versions of The Price of Gold are offered, please note that all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been delivered.
